PRODUCT & CARE

Q: Will it really hold my heavy Cast Iron lids? A: Absolutely. This is not a flimsy plastic rest. The Kitchen Guardian™ is engineered with a low center of gravity specifically to support heavy cookware. It securely holds heavy enameled cast iron lids (like Le Creuset), large 14-inch Wok covers, and heavy glass lids without tipping over.

Q: Is it dishwasher safe? A: Yes! We know you hate hand-washing. The Kitchen Guardian™ is 100% dishwasher safe. Just place it on the top or bottom rack, and it comes out looking brand new.

Q: Does it stain (e.g., from Turmeric or Tomato Sauce)? A: Our material is non-porous and highly resistant to staining. Whether it's bright yellow curry, rich tomato sauce, or red chili oil, a quick rinse or a cycle in the dishwasher will remove the residue.

Q: Is the material heat resistant? A: Yes. It is heat resistant up to 450°F (230°C). You can place a steaming hot lid or a boiling soup ladle directly onto it without worrying about melting or warping.

Q: Is it BPA-Free and Food Safe? A: 100%. We use premium, food-grade materials that are free from BPA and other harmful chemicals. It is safe for you and your family.

Q: Can it hold anything other than lids? A: It’s a multitasker! Many of our customers use it to hold:

  • Tablets/iPads (for following recipes)

  • Cookbooks

  • Multiple utensils at once (tongs, spatulas, ladles)

  • Cutting boards


SHIPPING & ORDERS

Q: How long does shipping take within the USA? A: We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes, we ship globally! International shipping times vary by destination but usually take between 7-14 business days.

Q: I entered the wrong address. Can I change it? A: Please email us at support@agiliya.co immediately. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can update it. However, if it has already been shipped, we cannot change the destination.


RETURNS & WARRANTY

Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 30-Day "Iron-Clad" Satisfaction Guarantee. If you don't love it, you can return it for a full refund. No questions asked.

Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do? A: We are so sorry! Please take a photo of the damaged item and the box, and email it to info@agiliya.co. We will ship you a replacement immediately—completely free of charge. You do not need to return the broken item.
